Our renown nougat and marshmallow range are handmade in Gosford located on the sunny Central Coast of New South Wales. What started as a small family run chocolate shop in Sydney in the 80’s, Bon Bon Fine Chocolates, now has an impressive new home at ‘The Chocolate Factory Gosford’.
The Factory houses Nougat Limar, Bon Bon Fine Chocolates and its newest member The Sydney Marshmallow Co. We encourage you to visit and indulge in an immersive world of confectionary.
The Factory offers guided tours, chocolate workshops, an on-site café and an amazing range of exclusive products in the retail shop. You must try a signature Bon Bon hot chocolate or a house-made ice-cream whilst you're there.
