Our new Manuka Honey nougat range, like all our nougat, follows a traditional handmade recipe. Using quality Australian Manuka active honey combined with freshly roasted nuts, we create the perfect balance of soft flavours and textures. The new Manuka Honey range includes three delicious varieties:

- Roasted Hazelnuts with Manuka Honey
- Mango & Roasted Macadamia with Manuka Honey
Manuka honey, native to Australia and New Zealand, is widely recognised for its antibacterial and health benefits. As with all our products, we source the majority of our ingredients for this range from Australian producers and farmers.
